Food has always had a special place in my life. With parents who prioritized creating nourishing meals for my siblings and I, food to me has meant much more than feeding my body. It’s a way to share an experience with the people that you love.

Inspired by one of my culinary idols, Anthony Bourdain, ONUD is my love letter to gastronomy and cultures around the world. It’s my brainchild to explore the intersection between food and society, and how it shapes the way we see the world and see others.

With a collegiate background in Cultural Anthropology and professional experience in journalism and media, I’m so excited to dive deep into the world of food trends. And I’m so glad you’re here for the ride.
